Shipping /Returns / Exchanges
Shipping: Our goal is to ship within 48 hours. Due to covid-19 shipping time may be delayed, we appreciate your understanding and patience. If shipping is delayed for any reason you will be notified. Once your order is shipped it can not be canceled or adjusted.
Returns: We offer full refunds if you are not satisfied with your items. Items must be returned within 30 days. Refunds will not include shipping cost, customers are responsible for this. Once items are returned in new condition with tags and we inspect them, you will receive the full refund.
Exchanges: We will exchange any items at no cost as long as they are in new condition unwashed, not worn with tags on, for any items in the boutique and can refund the difference if there is one. Shipping would not be included.
